Legal basis for data collection and processing

Who receives your Data

The Data collected is intended solely for DPI. The recipients of the Data are DPI employees/members authorized to process the Data by virtue of the position they hold (communications managers, recruitment managers and the Data Protection Officer).

The Personal Data collected may however be communicated to third parties contracted by DPI, for the performance of subcontracted services and/or services necessary for the execution of the Services (for example, service providers in charge of DPI's external communications). Prior to any transfer of information, we verify the purpose of each request and ensure that only the information strictly necessary for the performance of the Services by the service provider is transferred.

To date, the service providers identified are :

The Website is hosted on servers located in the United States, Canada, Germany, France and Singapore.

Shelf life: 2 years from the date of last contact with the applicant or participant.

At the end of the retention period, DPI may archive the Personal Data necessary for the exercise of a right and the proof of that right, within the applicable legal period, at the end of which the Personal Data concerned is deleted.

Type of Data: Data collected via the "DPI Newsletter" form

Retention period: 3 years from the date of last contact (date on which you unsubscribed from the newsletter).

DPI has implemented the necessary measures to protect Personal Data.
